Why does my SN say admin??? When you signup for this site you become an admin? I don't see any admin interface. Do I need to change my nick manually?

With the help from everyone here and by contacting the PDL's directly I have had only good experiences with them. They were all cooperative, nice even! I'm sure this is due to all of the people here that have paved the way for me, thank you.

I was unable to hire a lawyer to help me against a summary judgment and I need advice on how to represent myself in common pleas court. I defaulted on a loan several years ago with GE Capital and paid a collector through Feb. 2006. I have not paid since. LVNV, the alleged owner of the debt, is pursuing a summary judgment against me on Thursday in South Carolina. The original debt is real. But I have never made any payment arrangements with LVNV. How do I defend myself with the judge?

OneClickCash has "retained" United Cash Loans recovery (I know they're all the same) to collect on my account that they refuse to settle on. Of course, it comes from the same 000-000-0000 phone number. The guy on the phone this time said that my account had been flagged for garnishment. I told him that they had no legal capacity to do anything to me and that I had told them over a dozen times that I was not allowed to take calls like this at work. He had the nerve to CHUCKLE at me and said "The calls will continue until we get our money." Do I have no rights in this? I'm so mad! :evil:

I need to know is there any help with consolidating these things and how to stop the harassing phone calls

Ok so long story short I was calling around this morning to ask some questions and I found a local law firm that does debt settlement. The program doesn't sound so bad and they didn't make any "claim" that life would be rosy, but it sounded doable...They said they could have me out in about 2 years... Can someone who has done debt settlement with a company chime in a let me know, does this work? And what problems to be on the look out for?
