I'm signing with T & C on friday, I'm faxing EFT revoking letters today to everyone who could debit my account and mailing certified copies also. Cash Call of course has been calling me daily, I did try to talk to them one day last week, but the girl was not nice and it didn't work out. Should I call them and tell them about T & C or do you think it won't do any good?

When looking for a lawyer for representation, what should I be looking for? Do i do the same thing as if I was looking for in a debt settlement company? For example, if they are in good standing with the BBB?

Did any one make settlement on Amex account recently? What was your settlement percentage? How many days delinquent on accounts? I have 15k balance on 2 Amex accounts. I having difficulty to reach settlements less than 50%.
