Help with Number, 410-864-8949, Capital Investigative...

17 years 11 months ago
Hi, I received a message on my machine while I was at work. Caller states his name is Verone Jackson, and he is from the Investigation Dept at Capital Investigative Services. A complaint has been formed against me, and I need to contact him before a suit is filed against me. He states to call back at 410-864-8949. My caller ID states Maryland, 410-774-0204. He's called twice in the past week. Anyone know an address for them, for me to mail a DV and C&D? Can't find one for them. I know for a FACT that I have NO paperwork from them, and they are not on my credit report.

Hi - Thanks so much for taking time to read my post. Please see my first post to get some background. I live in Iowa - I need to know if PayDay Max is illegal here or not. They are going to be calling me the minute they open up in the morning - actually it is credit protection depot that will be calling. I borrowed 300.00 on 2/19 - paid 70.00 on 3/7, paid the "balance" of 352.27 on 3/21 - however - that check was returned and I thought that it had been paid. May 19th - I got an email and a phone call from credit prot.

struggling consumer

Just received a call about forty minutes ago from "out of area". Naturally another bottom feeder calling on a Sunday. When does it stop... When they get their precious dough? Gee, who knows. All I do know is that there will come a time soon when these bottom feeders will all be put out of business..., but consumers need to be continuously pro active and push for legislators to make it harder for companies to charge off accounts. Hopefully this may make it harder for collection agencies and they would have little to no more business. Great for the struggling consumer.

Am I supposed to mail my response to TriCap ?

17 years 11 months ago
Going back to the "Borack & Associates" dilemma... I was thinking about this: When we replied to the suit when we got served with last year, and we responded to the court, where we supposed to mail something to TriCap Investments? All we had was the lawsuit papers and we did file everything through the court, but now I am wondering if we where supposed to mail something to them. We did not have their address, just the lawsuit papers. Just wondering.

Texas payday loan help

17 years 11 months ago
I live in Texas and have the following payday loans out. Paydayon 450 Soniccash 500 Discount advances 450 I have a baby due next month. I have been in the cycle of taking loans and paying them for three years. I have always paid them on time. I have scheduled partial payments for tomorrow on all them. This will be the last time I can pay them for a while. Once all these payments clear I want to close my checking account and get a new one.

I there anyone out there that is so sick of hearing about Aneglina Jolie and Brad Pitt and there babies. I am sick of hearing about it, who cares where they are at and if the babies have been born. Obviously they want to be left alone and had to go to France to get away with the madness but the media is tracking them down.

Paying a card in full, or keeping a balance?

17 years 11 months ago
Hi! I am in the process of repairing my credit reports, doing it myself. I have heard conflicting information, and wanted to get more info. I have heard that it is best to pay a card balance off in full each month. However, I have also heard it's best to pay all but a small amount, say $10. Which statement is actually true, and why? Which one will have the most positive outcome on my score? Thanks!
