Is there anyone out there that knows of a rent to own option in La Porte, Texas, Crosby Texas, Huffman Texas or Dayton, Texas? We want to buy a house, but our credit is shot. We are paying 1000 a month to rent and we feel like we are just throwing it away. It is hard though to buy when your credit is shot...

I want to thank all of you here, had I not stumbled upon this site I would still be ready to jump off a bridge! It's only been two weeks but of the 13 PDL'S I had out (and all overpaid) these 6 were cleared. A little knowledge and some patients in dealing with these people have made life a little easier!!!!

Since I'm in the hole right now with one of my banks...I do have another bank, but to tell you the truth right now, I'm thinking of closing that one too. I'm nervous that somehow some of these places will get the information. Do you think that the wisest thing to do right now, then maybe once the smoke clears I can get an account at one of those "free start" banks? One question, would we just get our paychecks cashed at the store or somewhere like walmart?

I been doing some research and it is listed that LVNV Funding is at: 625 pilot road suite 2 in las vegas. I also found out that Credit One Bank has the same address. Hughes Airport Center Portfolio 585 Pilot Road 625 Pilot Road Las Vegas, NV 89119 Hughes Airport Center Portfolio consists of two (2) single-tenant flex office buildings located in the Hughes Airport Center of Las Vegas, Nevada. 100% occupied by Credit One Bank, a national credit tenant, the two buildings are currently being used as office/call centers. So is LVNV Funding really there?

Does anyone know if you can get your childsupport lowered? I am only asking because we pay a VERY high amount to my husband's exwife and my husband is having to now work 30 hours a week overtime just to make ends meet. We pay for the insurance and we pay half of the co-pays when the kids go to the doctor. His ex cheated on him with his best friend and they are now married.

I work part time at our church's pre-school. We are out for the summer...but we are in need of additional income. When I used to work outside of our home, I paid almost 300 per week for childcare, 100 for gas (and that's gone up now due to gas prices) 150 for parking (I worked downtown houston), I had to pay for childcare, even if my kids were ill and couldn't attend school...but if I had to stay home with them, I didn't get paid, because I was contract.
