What do you say about 4-5 times a month we have someone that we can rely on stay in chat for maybe an hour or two to answer questions. What I am trying to say is that we should schedule a date and time a few days out of the month to discuss a topic or to just be there to answer questions is needed. I think this would be a good way to get the chat box booming again.

I'm sure there will be some people who will pre-judge me with what I am about to ask but I need to know what will happen to me because I put myself in a very serious situation. I've been a compulsive gambler for years. The last phase of gambling is prison, insanity or death. I'm currently in intensive therapy and GA. My gambling got so serious (insanity) that I took out several payday loans out under my sisters name. I paid the loans back under my bank account but put them under my sisters name. The loans got too much so I stopped paying on them and I closed my bank account.

Does anyone know the laws for payday loans from UTAH? When I file a complaint against a company do I do it in the state that I live in or where the payday loan is from?

How you go about in first step to request to settle the outstanding debt to a lower amount. Do you request verification of the amount owed first. When requesting to settle what information you must give the collector and what do you not.. How you get the best deal in settlement and get the bad listing off your credit report. Thank you Armando

So here is how this goes according to the guy on radio. first, get a cashiers check made out to the creditor's name, but no information other than your name. Then, write on the side of the check "Paid in full", Then mail to the normal processing center, in plain envelope with no return address. According to them once they open it you are absolved of the debit? Something to do with refusing payment on the account or cashing the check and accepting the paid in full term? That sounds too good to be true, so I highly doubt that it is.
