What do I do?? I did not give them authorization to do this!! This is a new account! How did they get the information for my account???

has anyone worked with them? trying to find a reputable debt negotiation company.

40k in cc bills....have talked to credit counseling and what not and have talked to debt settlement people... How do you now which one to go with? They both hate on each other and say their program is best. I feel its impossible to get a straight up answer from people. And then again how do you know which one is best for your credit and everything else. I just cant seem to figure out which way to go. someone help please

How far in overdraft do banks allow checking accounts to go before they close the account?

I have been going back and forth with CashNetUSA on a payment plan. My original loan was $400 and I paid $300 in fees toward it. They currently say I owe $650. I told them I would pay the $400 MAX in 5 payments just to get rid of it. Well....after my last letter and fax to them with the offer I received this email from them. It looks to me like a typo error, but they are offering me to pay .66 cents in 3 payments.

After getting off work at 1:30 am this morning. I checked my bank account and found that a company by the name of LOANSHOP/ANTILLES/800-806-9971 had made a deposit of $300 to my account. I know nothing about this company. Thus, I checked the internet and came across this company as being a payday loan company. How should this be handled?

I had an old credit card bill which I recalled that I had made a payment according to a discounted offer made in year 2001-2002. After so many years, a collector had suddenly made phone calls and offers to make payment to this bill (a different amount- about $1200 less than the old one). The collector had left message saying that unless the amount is paid, otherwise they would send a lawyer.I have been living overseas for ten years right now, and how do I tackle this problem?
