I have recently found this forum and am so thankful! This week I will begin the process of sending letters and contacting my bank. I live in NC and have learned that all my loans are illegal. However, I do have an internet loan out with Cash Taxi due on Friday. They do not allow you to pay interest only, you have to pay in full. I borrowed $225 and am due to pay them $300 on Friday. However, I have had loans with them in the past and overpaid those loans by $120. How should I proceed?

Im am executor of my deceased fathers estate. I went to sell his house and come to find out there are 2 judgements/liens on the title. Court house shows the first one from Livingston LLC (Scott Burns attorney) filed 12/2008 for $22,0000. This debt was legit owed origanlly to US bank. This is on the credit report and the only thing other then small dr bills. The second judgement filed 08/2009 same attorney different name Cach LLC for $28,0000. There is nothing else on his credit report from Cach or any other big debt like this.

I have been paying my payday loans faithfully for more than a month. I called on my 1000.00 payday loan , that i have made 4 payments of approx 290.00 n i was told the current pay off is 1116.00. Ok still dealing with cashcall, but twice now Ive tried to write a check for purchase and the check was declied called telecheck and was told my checking has been reported as writing bad checks and check fraud, I closed my account and opened a new because of cashcall so I really havent written any checks but was making a large purchase. Is there anyway to figure out whos reporting my account as check fraud
