I have a question about Paydayone. I was assuming that they are licensed in Wisconsin--I did a search on the DFI website, http://www.wdfi.org/apps/CorpSearch/Search.aspx? but their license comes up as "Withdrawal" 06/21/2005 Registered 06/22/2005 02/19/2007 Withdrawal 02/26/2007 Anyone know if this means that their license is no longer good in Wisconsin? If so, then I might be able to just pay them the pricipal on the loan and be done with it. I've dealt with PayDayOne for 2 years now, loaning and re-loaning. :(

Hi, my name is Alan, and I need help getting out of my payday loans. I owe over 4000 dollars (again), and just want OUT. Can anybody help m get started? I live in Ohio, where they are legal, and I am aware of the EPPs available, but they are not a viable option either because of the total money due. Please help!!

Hi Everyone I have been working VERY hard to get out of debit slowly but surely and now I actully can devote some money and time to it. I called the number that the credit report gave me (less then 2 mo ago) they said they dont have it anymore and gave me an attorneys number this is for a grand tototal of 300.00. I asked the name and address & tele number...they told me they only have the Tele number. I asked where he was located she did not know. I dont like calling them by phone.

Can anyone post the Ohio law on internet PDLs? Also, does anyone have a template of a letter I may use to dispute a claim from a collection agency regarding a PDL (internet) I've more than paid for.
