Well, I got a very sweet card and a $25 gift card from Barnes and Noble from my baby--who's away at college. tactics used by pdl borders on extortion, don't you think? I've read so many of the posts here, and something just kept nagging at me and that something just popped into my head....extortion. So I looked up the definition in Webster's Dictionary and it says 'extort..to get (money, etc) from someone by force or threats'. Extortion coupled with coercion(defined as 'to force, compel') really are illegal activities. I bet a good many of you suffers from mental anguish.
