hi dear friend helpers,i just found out that i have a judgement for a credit card $1,100 and i didn't know,i pulled my credit report and that's how i found out,i mean, i never received any notification or nothing,maybe because i moved? i thought i was paying it through one of this so called debt consolidation companies,i'm willing to make monthly payments,what should i do? thanks,many thanks and godbless

Where can I find out how much can be legally charged for NSF fees in the State of Michigan?

I am currently in the middle of a career change, and respectfully request that you do not make any further attempts to withdraw any further monies from my account until I can set up another payment arrangement. Each time a withdraw is made when there is insufficient funds to cover, I am charged a fee of 35.00 dollars by the bank.

I've not gotten anything like this, but I'm just curious, what actually happens if you get a summons form a creditor? Are you being sued? What happens if they sue you?

2 years ago, I received a paypal credit card from AIS. I used it but didn't pay it. Today I got a call from this LMP. They're saying I owe their client 1702.61 cents and that they want their money. Now I had no problem paying it, but I am a student and therefore I needed some time. so I said can I have a week or 2 to gather the money, and they said no they need it by NOON today. That and they said they will not take anything besides debit or credit card or they will tell their paralegal to file the lawsuit, serve me a judgment which can show up for my school to see and what not.

I am trying to attend nursing school to become a RN. The school I am trying to attend has requested a report from the the Fair Credit Bureau. I have several outstanding payday loans that I have been unable to pay back. Is that something that will show up when they do a inquiry.

PDL's are on my inquiries... they are checking like every week saying that the inquiries were initiated by me.. Is there anything I can do about that? Can they do that legally?
