I dont have any late payments are am able to pay my bills. I just want to get the credit cards paid off and be done with it. Does it hurt my credit to do it this way

A little question for everyone out there. I have been having a great deal of problems trying to get some answers on a debt I supposedly owe. To give everyone a little background as to this situation. I had an account with a cellular company not too long ago and some people in my family got into my account and changed everything in my account, without my consent. The bill went through the roof shortly after. I have no idea what they did or how they did it. Once I figure out how they did everything I am going to pursue a lawsuit on the person or persons involved.

I sent this email on Sunday and this is the response i got back... Dear Nathan xxxxxx: Thank you for your emails concerning online payday lenders. You listed several concerns and I can only report that these companies present real problems for the people who use them. Our office does license payday lenders who operate from locations in Iowa. We have refused to license any internet payday lenders. So, in short, these companies are not operating legally here. However, we have been unsuccessful in stopping their activity.

My husband has a debt settlement account with Superior..I also did but my debts have been paid off. We have one account left with them and it is in my husbands name. We recently received a letter from the law office of Apothaker and Associates, P.C. stating that if the debt is not valid we have 30 days to call them or they will assume it is. The client listed is LVNV Funding,LLC. Originally it was Citibank that we owed but I am assuming LVNV is the collection agency that Citi sent it to.

Has anyone ever worked with Care One Credit? or does anyone know anything good or bad about them.

Hello everybody, I recently received a letter from Harris & Zide (looks to be a spin off of Midland funding llc) stating that I was recently served with a summons and complaint. I never received a summons, and knew that the SOL had either already passed or was really close. I figured these guys were just tryinig to scare me ..... so I did not respond to them.

Just recieved a letter from them, stating they have an account from Asset Acceptance. Claiming I owea bit over $2350. Are claiming I can settle for 60%, or $1881, in Two payments. With second due 30 days after first. Or One lump sum for 65%, or $1528 Problem is, AA has NEVER validated the claim they had. I've got the latter I sent. I also have, but can't find, the CM-RRR info from when I mailed it out. In one of two places, neither one of which is easily accessible!! My folks finishing of basement, into MY living quarters! Just gotta get around to sorting through 20+ years worth of cr@p!

I need some help finding the forms and what not I need for trial. I don't know if I am using the correct search terms or what. I am just needing some help with the laws and what not. I feel like I am going into this unarmed.
