I need to find a legitimate debt consolidation company that will not hurt my credit. Please refer.

My husband has been learning to card count for 3-4 months, inspired to win money He goes today and gets carried away. He just called me about 30 minutes ago crying, saying he lost our rent money, failed me as a husband, etc. Of course, he has not failed me as a husband. But, we turned in our check for rent yesterday and it is going to bounce if we don't get money in very soon.

I am going to answer a summons and ask for verification of a debt this collection company says I owe. I DON'T owe it. So I know they can't verify. What I want to know is how long do I give them to verify before going back into court to ask for motion to dismiss?? Thanks

Hi! I live in Florida. I have several payday loans and I am about to lose everything because after the fee's my paycheck is gone! I have started a new account at a different bank so my paycheck will be direct deposited into that account. I am going into my bank (Bank of America) to put a deposit only so I can pay off the nsf fee's ($464.00 so far). I don't know what to do next?!?

A few questions about garnishment: Amount owed showing on Docket: $5573.50 plus interest of 8% per annum plus costs. Wages garnished at $147.50 per pay check, with a total (so far) of 46 payments made. Totaling: $6785.00 How do you figure the interest? I would really like to know how much more is owed, seems to me, this is overpaid, am I correct?

I got an email from Credit Protection Depot demanding I pay a PDL in full but it doesn't indicate which one. Does anyone know who CPD collects for?

Im in an EPP paydown with Check n Go. I borrowed 600 back in the 1st part of March. The total was 675.00 with the interest. I ask for the epp option the day my loan was due and they only extended it for 3 payments of 225.00 each payment every 2 weeks. The first payment i paid the 225.00, the 2nd payment i only paid them 50.00 because I was too broke. Now, this is the last payment and they want the whole 400.00 today, or they said they are going to deposit my checks i wrote to them. I wrote them two checks originally, one for 375.00 and the other for 300.00.

Only 2 of those I actually remember okaying, the others were just calling to confirm information and i never even received emailed documents about them.
