I had a payday loan with GFSIL for 200.00,I noticed that GFS and GFSIL were deducting from my check account one every other week.My loan was only 200 they have deducted out over 900.00 together.Do I still owe them the 200.00? I have already closed my account. Thanks for any advice.

When you take out a debt you don't intend to repay, that is fraud. That is the boat many of you are in. I work closely with the sheriff's office on this matter all the time from jail. When I call you, you need to pay me or you will be picked up and booked. Think about it once they let me out of jail and there is room for you.

Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice here. I have a $9,700 balance due on my AMEX green card. I have only had the card for 3 months or so. Right now it is current, the balance is due on May 21. I cannot pay this, or even come close to paying the balance in full. I do make decent good money, and could probably have this paid off in about 6-8 months. What should I do when AMEX starts calling me because it's past due? Should I try and work out a payment plan with them immediately, or just put them off?

First of all, I usually don't agree with alot of things that the Ohio lawmakers come up with, but they have taken a half-step on the way to eliminating or crippling the payday loan industry in Ohio. Payday loan shops have been popping up all over the place in Ohio, as many former fast food stores have now become storefronts especially in the larger cities.

I am standing in the express lane at the super market and I am next in line. The person ahead of me buys a couple items and when told the amount whips out the check book and carefully writes a check. Then writes the check in the register and hands it to the cashier who sends it through the scanner. The scanner fails to recognize the check so the cashier asks for ID and proceeds to write the DL number on the back of the check. By this time the New Jersey in me is starting to steam out of the overflow valves in my eyeballs which start to roll and gaze upward for help.
