where can I go and get dedt validatin letter on internet to print off

If you received a loan from Western Sky and all documentation signed was with the name Western Sky and now transferred to Cash Call is this loan legal in the state of florida. I personally don't think so since a tribal loan is not governed by state law, how can they transfer to Cash Call. I believe they are trying to get around the lender laws in florida because of the rates of interest they charge. Can they go after you for non payment since western sky is the originator of the loan?

I just received notice of judgement that has been in place for nearly 10 years. What are my rights with this debt in Utah? It has been passed the 8 year SOL time, but I am confused as to if the SOL applies to both parties.

The irs levied my back account by mistake they sent the bank a release and they put the money back in my account but the bank charged me a $100.00 fee. I asked them why didn't they put the $100.00 back in my account and I was told I need a letter from the irs stating that they made a mistake what steps do I take to get the irs to write me a letter stating they made a mistake?

I lost my ebt card sept 30,2012 ,i have not recieve not one card yet,,was mail oct 1 went back on the 15th ,was reissue another on the 15th ,it never made it to me,they recirve it back on the 25th.reorder it on the 31st,have not recieve that one either..is there anything i can do?...it cost three dollars everytime,

So I had 2 loans with Speedy Cash. Sent emails to request an EPP. No response. Called and was informed that since I had 2 loans only one would qualify for EPP. Was told that they would remove all my banking info, debit card, checking info on 10/31/12. Was assured that both loans would now go into default on 11/05/12 since that was the due date and I should call in on the 6th to work out something with their collection department. Well logged onto their site this morning and one loan showed default and the other showed ach pending.

What is the general concesis about adding the fact that I was not physically on the reservation at the time the contract was signed and that signing via internet is to recognized ad such by the federal government to followup letters to illegal tribal lenders?
