So out of 11 PDL loans, that is a total of 5 completely down, 2 in EPP, and 4 illegals I am still working on banishing from my life. Also, last payday

My sister called today, stating that someone named Tony called looking for me. gave a phone # of 800-416-5402. I looked it up here and did a google and it comes up as cash supply. I went to the website and either they loan or they find someone who will type of business. 1) Do they operate under anyother name other that what is list here? 2)if they wanted to loan me money WHY would they call my sister? Is that legal? I called the number and they do answer as Cash Supply.

Ok FMA Alliance sent me a letter about a chase credit card. So I fired off a DV/C&D letter CMRRR. Got the little green card back on March 13th. Since that time they have called me 4 more times but never left a message (I still have the numbers stored on caller ID). I want to send them a second DV letter but also mention that they are violating the fdcpa by calling me 4 times after I requested them to stop so perhaps a little help please?

to make a long story short. my sister had an acct. with Sprint years ago and since changed services. she is now getting calls and letters from a collection agency stating that she owes money for getting out of the contract early. i want to email her an example of a debt validation letter. can anyone out there help me? i am not computer smart so would appreciate the help. thanks,

I have over $50,000 in credit card debt. I am considering using Lawyers United for debt relief to consolidate my debts. Do you have any personal knowledge of this service or opinions for or against using it? Thank you for your input.

I just found out about this on the finaid gov site. Sounds like those od us who are struggling to keep up with the payments are going to get some reasonable relief. What do you all think? I am in the public library field, so it looks like the public service cancellation thing might be beneficial to me. I finally feel like there might be some light at the end of the tunnel!

Has anyone had any dealings with Dereck Adams at CashTransferCenters and if so, what was the result?

I have a debtor trying to renew a judgement against me after 10 years. Is there any way I can appeal this myself or submit a motion to vacate? I have less than 30 days and apparently they can renew this judgement every 10 years, however I believe the only reason they decided against me was because I was not in court. Ultimately I would like the issue re-heard by a judge...thanks in advance for any ideas.
