Would someone that has recently consolidated loans explain how this works? I guess I am looking to hear that someone has actually done this with payday loans, I did a search and have had trouble seeing if people really were able to consolodate. If you consolodate can you keep your current bank account? I have paid so much in additional fees- I will pay back what is owed but cannot continue to do the huge fees every payday.

I got a call from this number 716-402-4135 at my work and the left a message. I called them back that day after work and all I got was a answer machine that said You have reached the desl of Valerie Martin, and it did not leave the name of the company ir anything. I called again the next day and got her and she told me about a "bad check" and pulled the whole "arrested" thing it was a payday loan "online" payday max.

has anyone used platinum b services. they told me i was approved for a loan and the funds would be available by midnight. today is saturday and funds have not been deposited and i cannot reac them at their number. do anyone know if this is normal and the funds will be available monday or have i been denied havent recieved any email notification from them if that was the case, just wondering if someone has had a similar situation with them

Hi all -- First post here and looking for sage advice. So here is my story. I am currently a graduate student and married (nearing our big 2 year anniversary!). My wife and I starting accumulating credit card debt several years ago and, to make a long story short, are about 18000 under. We are barely (and I mean by shear luck) making the monthly payments -- minimums at that -- and we are looking for alternatives. I have never missed a payment and have no negative marks on my credit report.

If a credit agency has given your account to another company and the new company is showing on the credit report, can the original company report the same account also on your credit report?
