I need to dispute a rent debt. Its one of those when after you move out they take your security deposit and then charge you a cleaning fee on top of that. What would you advise? I have only one shot to dispute on equifax online.
I am about 40k in debt. I am thinking about negotiating with my creditors. I a getting 13K and I want to use the money to settle if the creditors will reduce my settlement amount.Please let me know who will settle and who will not. I have already replied to the summons today and paid the $30 at the justice court.
