Is anyone familiar with MW Marketing also known as Edollars Direct? I have a payday loan with them for $300 and they've extended my loan 7 times,and when I called regarding this their response was you are supposed to call 3 days prior to renewal to paydown the balance which I had no knowledge of. Is the legal?

Anyone have experience in working with either of these companies? They are both accredited by USOBA.

Good Morning, Forum. My name is James. I would like to get some feedback on the info that I am about to provide. In less than a year I have paid out 4 accounts that came up to a total of around $1500. That took a lot of sacrifice and discipline. I am currently paying out my Dell Computer Account. Every couple of months I get a updated credit report with all 3 bureaus to make sure everything is going fine. Well last year Asset was showing on my credit report and I didnt communicate with them because I was paying out my smaller accounts first.

First of all is debt consolidation a scam or can they really reduce your debt with the credit card companies? They all require a monthly fee. I can't refi and pull money out. What should I do? Who can I trust?

I am being sued by a creditor. The law firm who is representing the creditor was calling me. I sent them a certified letter telling them to stop all phone calls per the FTC guidelines. This was 6 months ago. They called the other day. What are my options with this? Can I sue them? Thanks!!
