anyone have information on the 'debt cures' program that has been advertised? I don't know if it would be worth the money that this book costs, but it looks interesting on the TV ad. Anyone know for sure?

First Bank of Delaware

I have an installment loan with First Bank of Delaware.
I defaulted in January and closed my old account.
I stupidly gave my new account info over the phone and debit card # as well.
When they processsed my debit card # it was declined and now they are saying that they will be taking the full amount due since they have my account info.
My question is, can they legally do that if I did not authorize it? It is a different account even.

Hi, i have decided to do settlement but not sure which co. to go with. I have heard abt Debtxpert positive results and thinking abt doing the settlement w/ him. I've checked on BBB and the rating is F and i think he is not a BBB member. Read some negative feedback here abt him make me confused.
I need more info or recommendation on settlement co. I really appreciate it. Thank you ! :roll:

This involves one of the PDL companies I am still dealing with...but the article says the state was moving to revoke their license, over a year ago, and I just went in a few weeks ago to renew through them. Anyway, it has a site listed where people can get info on PDL companies in Washington state and view licensed places:

chapter 13 with two houses18 years 2 months ago Hello I really need some advice , very confused here.
i have two homes one i have been trying to sale for quite a while with no luck. It has forced us into a corner and we MUST unload some debt. My wife has a large car payment and several other debts just in her name. So we are planning on just her filing for now to help free up some money. My biggest question is about items that are just in my name such as several motorcycles, Atv"s etc. Can the court force me to sale these if they are not in her name. The all have loans on them and all are worth less than the loan amount?.
credit card company is closing my account18 years 2 months ago I have never missed a payment but have had some credit issues, but nothing too major except one pdl going to collections. In fact, my FICO just went back up to 605. Today I get a letter from HSBC stating they are closing my account and allowing no further purchases due to negative info in credit report. What does this mean and is there anything I can do about it? I will be able to continue to make payments but what the???? I will contact them to get the reason, but I am totally confused on this. I have not ever missed a payment.
