I was just wondering because I have quite a few and was wondering how they look upon this even if that matters, but I can only fill one form out for each company (i live in NJ) and should I address my letter stating to them I have got trapped into a payday loan cycle and have clearly paid way over what I borrowed. Any insight, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Two Questions18 years 2 months ago First of all, I live in Akron, Ohio if this matters, but have two questions.
1. Is there a agency such as Consumer credit counseling that can help me with a payday loan? I only have one payday that I owe but I owe them close to a grand and do not have the funds. The loan is with Checksmart and they tell me they will not accept a payment plan.
2. I sent their local branch a cease and desists letter and they stopped calling me at work, but their corporate office continues to call me and they tell me that there is nothing that I can do to stop them, is this true?

I have been in contact with Jimmy Blake via email, but he refuses to discuss my account with me via email. He says I must call him. I don't want to call because there will be no record of our conversation. Should I stand my ground and tell him again that I won't call or should I just call and see what he has to say. I have emailed him 5 or 6 times and he always responds that I need to call him.
Interim Cash LTD ignoring my faxes18 years 2 months ago I got an email today after I have sent 2 faxes already stating I hereby inform you that I revoke your authorization and/or any of your affiliates to electronically withdrawal anymore money from my checking account and any other account you think you may have access to effective immediately. I have informed my bank of same. (Closed the account)Please contact me and only me to discuss further.(I have paid over $1800 for a $200-the payment used to be $60 every other week and then they dropped it to $35 every two weeks. Could never get a hold of anyone.

I have two payday loans with MTE (500fastcash and United Cash Loan)that were ruining my life. Now I almost look forward to their phone calls because it's fun to here what they'll say next. I've already taken all the recommended steps from this forum, so things are looking up.
