i was told that my drivers' license can be taken away for a payday loan i didn't pay is this true?

I found this information on the internet. Being that they are illegal, is there anything that I can do to not make payments to them, being they are illegal companies? I added some information but am not sure if I did it correctly.

I have about 130k of unsecured debt. one consolidation loan for 60k and the rest credit cards. I get in way over my head and I can't keep up - things are starting to go late. I make 110,000yr. I've stopped using cc's completely. Do I stop paying everybody and save money to settle, or try to keep up with everything?

I'm so embarrassed, ameriloan just called me at work. I spoke to Matarr, he said the Federal Government states that he must call me before he starts his warrant for my arrest. I have been trying to work with this company for MONTHS, and the refuse to work with me and now they are getting ready to take me to jail. WHAT CAN I DO? I'm from NC, I've sent all the letters, and emails revoking the ACH and wage debits. I borrowed $300.00 and paid back $60. in interest fees. I want to pay them back but I don't want them constantly calling me at work. PLEASE HELP, I'm at the end of my rope.

The good news is I have hardly heard from any of the IPDL's after sending my letters. Payday Yes has sent a few emails, Tim Atkins saying they are experiencing a problem with my account and to please contact them. I'm going to personally email him the letter in case he is not aware his "company" received it.

I assume, Javich, Block & Rathbone represent Arrow Financial Services-who represents a credit card company. This is complicated (to me anyway), but I will try to type this in a way that makes it understandable. There was an attempt to garnish my wages by arrow financial services (who is collecting for a credit card company) in Nov. 2007. I was unaware there was a default judgment against me, which apparently took place in May, 2007 (my place of residence had changed).

I used PrivacyGuard.com for several years, but it was recently acquired by HSBC Bank, apparently, and renamed. Their charges have jumped way up, too - from $79.95 per year to $12.95 per month ($155.40 per year), so I canceled my service. So, can anyone recommend a good credit reporting service which will provide 4 to 6 credit reports per year, and has credit report monitoring service, at a reasonable price?

Hi I am from Texas , I have my letter ready for PayCheck Today, but could not find any information on All American Lending Co. D/B/A Myquik loan and The Loan Shop. I also have a loan for Payday one which is a CSO therefore I will be making arrangements with them. Can anyone assist me in identifying the two listed in above? I cant find addresses or licensing information. Thank you!

I have been having problems with this company as far as not following the C & D that I sent them. I filed a complaint with the AG in Deleware, that is the address I got from here as contact info for them. It turns out that this is just a mail drop so the AG could not help me other than forward my complaint to the FTC. Does anyone know where they are actually located?
