I have 4 payday loans and only one of them I am able to set up additional principle payments to get it paid off which is cashnet500 but the 2nd loan with them is payday loan.com and I cannot pull this loan up nor set up with them to have additional principle payments taken off/ I can't seem to get in contact with World Wide Cash who has taken $89 every two weeks for 6 month now. I only borrowed $200. Then there is NLS Cash Advance who is taken $83.50 and on my bank statements it shows 12 debits ....

I thought I saw something on this board that says a Collection account can only remain on your Credit report for the length of time that the original Debt does. Is this correct? Second if you are able to get the original debt removed early does that mean the collection entry has to be removed?

I know that I once got a collection agency to send me a fax that would remove the negative item on my report completely if I paid in full. I have one item for $39 that I must have forgotten to pay in 2003. It just started showing up on my report. I don`t mind paying it in full, but the CA tells me they can not remove the item of the report if paid. I always get the same story. There is not a big motivation since its 2008, so I only have to wait 2 years for the 7 year removal to take effect.

I have all the letters to the PDLS done. I have only one left to fax in and will do that tomorrow. Hopefully will have time to get the originals mailed tomorrow. Do I then take copies to my payroll department?

I had Asset submit there claim against me to Arbitration. Then Asset company sent me documents via UPS, I received the tag on the door saying that I had a package that required signature. When I tracked it I found out who it was from and ignored it. Since service cannot be completed without a personal signature they would have to find a another way of serving me. UPS tried again the next day and I had a tag on the door. On the third day there was no tag so I tracked it and found it was signed for by somebody I did not know.

Ok, I had to share this one. I called the California Franchise Tax Board today (our state tax board) re my husband's pension. I got the rep from Hell, who was having a bad day, who accused me of not reading the instructions on their site (not true) and then said that my husband was subject to a 10 percent penalty on early withdrawal of his pension, since he's not 59 and a half!! Huh????? He was never, ever told that when he walked out the gate to his job 5 years ago, after working for 30 years.

Today is a good day for debt at my house. I made my very last mortgage payment today. YEAH ME. And I have paid off one of my CC's that went into collections. I just hope that is the last I will hear from them :wink: . So since I am following Dave Ramsey's snowball effect, I will apply my mortgage and the cc payment to my last but biggest debt. I am hoping to be debt free in 1 1/2 years. I know I can do it. Thanks for letting me share and thanks for all the great support. :P

To prove a point of just how idiotic these groups are, I got three emails this morning from ameriloan regarding my recently PIF account. They came just seconds apart and went something like this. First email. Thank you for doing business with Ameriloan. Your payment has been received and your account now has a zero balance. There will be no further debits against your bank account, unless you choose to use our service again. Second email. You promised a payment by March 3, 2008. It has not been received.

This is not 500 fast cash and I think they are associated with payday yes or something similar. I need a telephone no so I can pay them off. Thanks and look forward to your response.
