Looking for some info on how to get out of PD loan cycle. Here is my info:
Location: California
Loans:
First Bank of Delaware
Amount: $1500
Paid: $312
NetCash USA
Amount: $500
Paid: $600 (4x$150)
Fox Enterprises (?)
Original amount/lender unknown - possibly $300 via 500 Fast Cash
Amount Paid: Unknown - have had $90 per paycheck charge for many paydays
Think-Cash
Amount: $1,000
Paid: $95.75
All of the loans listed above are current - I have not missed any payments.
I have a total of $37,000 in credit card & unsecured loan debt. Signed up for a debt consolidation program for part of the debt but didn't help things as I thought - they didn't drop the payments as much as I had hoped. After much discussion we decided that I will need to file for chapter 13 BK (the debt in my name only). I have a reasonably good salary but every penny goes towards paying credit card bills.
I have a couple of questions if someone could give me an idea what to do ...
1.
I was sued by a county ("complaint for money open account") for the alleged cost of inadequate medical care at their county hospital. Anyway, I signed a Stipulation for Judgment to pay $25 per month. Its been almost 10 years... suddenly the county refused to accept my monthly payment claiming they couldn't credit payment, unknown account! Then 90 days later I got an Abstract of Judgment (?) about 60 days ago, i received a Notice of Renewal of Judgment from the court. How do I dismiss this?
I need help, I have 6 payday loans all internet. I am drowning here and don't know how to stop. I can't have phone calls at work and if they start calling me I could end up losing my job. THese are the companies I have loans with
Astro Lending 300
Big LTD 250
Total lending 300
US fast cash 300
cash banc 400
mycashnow 550.
all these loans were taken out from October to December, so I have been paying 90 dollars fees on most all of them since that time. Any help on how to get out of these would be greatly appreciated
THANK YOU
I sent three emails to three receipents at your law firm and have received no response. It has attachment letter from a law firm, suing me for Capital One debt. Pretty urgent matter.
bucksoldhen Welcome to the fourm. Many of us here have been in your situation. If you could tell us what state you are in, which companies you borrowed from , how much you borrowed from each and the total of how much you have paid back to each...we can begin to help you. Also, when you open your new account, many members recommend opening a new account at a different bank.
Hello everyone. I have recently come up on this forum and have learned a great deal. There seem to be many wonderful people helping others out.
I have fallen into the payday loan trap and strongly considering hiring Langhorne debt solutions. I will be able to repay the PDL's over time, but want someone else handling the collection calls and negotiating settlements.
I've done a search on this forum and it appears some have used this service. However, I haven't read a success story from start to finish.
I would love to hear from anyone who has used Langhorne about your experience.
