Can anyone recommended a payday loan company that does not connect to Teletrac? I have a couple of records with Teletrac.

Hello,
Somehow after my wife had cancer and we had to file for bk 7 we got sucked into this whole thing!
We only have online pay day loans and just with three of them we are paying almost $800.00 a month just in fee's.
We really really need help!

Stating they were from the "US Tax Department" and told me I was inline for a $5000 deposit into my account. Non Refundable???
The individual I spoke with was Indian. She identified Herself as "Angela."

Has anyone ever heard of these people. First they call as Weiss & Mueller then I get a letter threatening to take a summons out but they will not verify the debt.

I have hired a very prominent lawyer. I am suing Richard Brennan/Frederick Law Group/Fredrickson Law Group/etc. etc. He is a thief and should go to jail and my lawyer feels very confident that he will soon get what is coming to him. He has stolen money from so many people (including my $7,000.00!!) File complaints with anyone and everyone that you can find in Maryland. Now not only is he getting slapped with my law suit in Maryland, because I live in another state, he is getting a lawsuit from my state also. My lawyer says this is the last thing that he needs.

Has anyone used Consumer credit counseling Service...? If so, how much do they charge? I'm looking at using them...I have about $12,000 in credit card debt.....
Do they minimize your debt and your monthly payment or how do they work? I'm 25...and a recent college grad.
