Hi, I have spent the last few months trying to get out of debt with several creditors and paid the last one off 2 weeks ago. Now, my credit report is listing midland credit management on my credit report with a balance of $1,231.00. I have had no balance of this size and I am afraid that the last company I paid off has sold the remaining balance after a settlement to this CA. I have documentation that if I paid off a specific that the account would be listed as paid in full for settlement.

I sent NCO a DV over some medical account that is either bogus, or so re-aged it isn’t even funny. I actually got a response from NCO and I have to admit…it made me laugh my bum off! Basically they state that while they feel they have satisfied federal law, state law does not give them enough time, so they are removing the account from my credit reports!

I got a email stating I had a new comment from a friend (for this site) that I need to approve...funny thing, when I click on the link, it just brings up a more or less blank page...anyone know what these comments are or how to access them? Actually the email stated this: Quote:

Some of you know, I had a debt with Cash call, for a while. Another CA 'owns' my loan now. Well..my problem is this. I called this CA yesterday and asked if I could lower my payments with them, this month. My hours went down, a bit, at work. As I was talking to the Rep., of course, he went into the spill that, " they are doing me a favor, and lowered this and lowered that..BLAH,BLAH,BLAH. I told the Rep I appreciated everything they had done for me, however, I'm in a bit of a jam and I wanted to work something out.

Hello to all of you! I don't know what else to do with these pdl mess I got myself into. Its a nightmare. I owe five pdls as follows, all in California: impact cash $390 oneclick loan $390 loanshop $520 arrowhead investments $390 Thinkcash $300 I cannot pay these, not even their renewing fee. I either pay this of keep food on my table and a roof over my head or give them my money. I'm so stressed out right now.. Okay. I want to pay them back but would like to do it one at a time.

Hi, Please read my novel and I hope someone can help me with this. I have a few accounts in collections, and by a few I mean around 10. All of these account except for 2 are for traffic tickets. 1 of the 2 accounts is for a towing that I had done and they claimed I never paid. While cleaning out my glove box of the car I found the receipt that states I paid for the service.

I have 30000 in credit card debt for over 1000 a month in payments. Ive talked to ghs solutions and they say they can settle my debt and pay 357 for 4 years. any comments?

Collectcorp sent a notice to my adult son regarding an amount due $3499.78 for American Express Credit Card. I mailed a check to Collectcorp for the total amount due on my son's behalf. I called the representative to follow up and was advised that $288.98 was still due to pay the account in full. I provided my account number and authorized a debit for $288.98. A month later, without authorization or communication, Collectcorp made two debits to my account in the amounts of $81.86 and $2.99.
