As most of you know I have 3 cats, my oldest will be 16 and the youngest is 1. I am having problems with my 16 year old, he has a cyst on the top of his head. I have taken him to the vet a number of times and she said to keep bringing him back to get it drained, only because I don't want to put him under for surgery because of his age. But when I get it drained it fills up again the same day. So today I brought him to a wonderful vet (not our usual one) They have special things they do with older animals ( a very high tech.

I have decided to consolidate my debt (rather than settle) largely thanks to the advice I found on this site but I want to find a reputable company to work with. Debt Options participated in the BBB Online Reliability Program and generally seems to be on the up and up but I want to be sure that this is the best choice for me. Can anyone recommend another company that they have dealt with? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi everyone. A week ago I was served a summons from midland via a lawyer in my home state of Alabama. I am suppose to file an answer with the court and send a copy to their lawyer. On the complaint all it says is that "defendant owes plaintiff $1616.65 due on account stated between plaintiff and defendant". A little further down it states I am also to pay $134.00 in court costs. This is all the complaint says. On the answer page there are four choices and I must choose one.

I had a bill that was fraud and I have been fighting this for years, recently, I decided to pay the bill to get it off of my credit and these stupid people do not know how to remove a bill. After I paid the bill they are putting me through the loop to get it removed.. They are allowing people to turn on services in other people's name with having or showing ID or anything like that. Payday-loan rulings to spur state action By David Smith Friday, February 22, 2008 LITTLE ROCK — Attorney General Dustin McDaniel said Thursday that his office will begin taking action against payday lending stores in Arkansas based on two similar Arkansas Supreme Court rulings in the past month. The court ruled Thursday in a unanimous decision that bonding companies are liable for paying bonds to partly cover judgments against payday lenders.

Hello Family, I have a few payday loans that I need to take care of, but I don't know where to start. I am a new member and I am looking for a starting place. I already know who I owe, I just need to know where to start as far as consolidating them all for one monthly payment. If you have suggestions or know a good place for me to start please let me know.

I recently sent a post and it did not show up, so if it does, please excuse the double posting. Well, I don't know where to start, but here goes. I took out several pay day loans from store front all in about two days almost (two weeks ago). Now they are all coming due for payment, and my work has been flooded with calls. Thankfully, I am here by myself today, but what about Monday. If my boss gets wind of this, I will not have a job. I am scared, and can't believe I am in this mess. I want to consolidate, but with who.

This is for the first time I forgot the payment date. It happened last month. They have charged late fees with this month's bill. How could I do this? I had the money with me. I just forgot to pay. Now its going to be there in the history. I am really frustrated. :cry:

I have gotten into trouble with these payday loans. I'm losing sleep, I've sold almost everything I can on Ebay to stay above water but I can see the end coming. I really need some help.
