I borrowed 300.00 back in 2009 from a payday loan place, totally forgot all about it and now I'm getting calls from a place called ACS. They have been calling and leaving a lot of threating messages on my phone. Say they are going to where I work and my home. This place has not sent me anything in the mail. Says I'm going to have a warrant out on me and so on. I need to know what is my rights, I live in Indiana and they are from New York I believe. I have all the phone calls and numbers they just keep leaving me.

I am in California and due to medical bill had to take out two internet installment loans with check n go & cash net usa. I got a payday loan in 2010. I just got a phone call from a process server saying they was going to my house Thursday for me to sign papers. I asked him for his name and what company he provided his name but he just said he was a process server and if he can't get me at home that he'll come by my job. If I needed to schedule a more convience time to meet him that I had to call the responisible party (which is Global Check Processing). I live here in Oklahoma can they do that?

I was trying to help my mom pay her rent but also fell behind on my own and I owe quite a few lender but had to give my old address in Nj to borrow because its illegal in the state of MD. They've been calling and harrassing me and I've already closed my old bank acct opened a new one and stop ach on the old one. I tried to make REASONABLE payment arrangments with these companies but they were asking for 70% more than what I originally borrowed....now I have voicemails stating they are going to garnish my wages and I'm barely making it as it is with a child can they do that?

I took out a loan from western sky in May. Now the is with cash call. I had to take this loan as I needed the money my son was in a accident and was in a hospital out of my town and had to stay with him for 2 weeks, anyway I lost my job because I was gone for so long and have not been able to get unemployment or find another job yet. I am wondering if anyone has ever really gotten a reply from Spot Loan/Zest Cash about closing account. It's been almost 3 weeks now since I closed my bank account, sent Spot Loan an email saying that since they were illegal, I have overpaid them. I am done giving them any more money. I got the normal response that I owed them still, then nothing. I have re-sent email requesting my account be marked paid in full, but now I get no response at all. I am OK with them leaving me alone I guess, but would just like to have closure on this. Should I just drop it, or keep emailing?
