Where did you find NY rules of civil procedure ? Thanks !

has anyone heard of Gambassi Law Office(Spelling). Think they are based in Mass.

Has anyone heard of Capital Management services, And how are they to deal with Here is what they wrote me: This company has been engaged by Chase Bank to resolve the delinquent debt of $22,318.00. Please submit your payment. Unless you notify us in 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt of $22,318.00 or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid.

I put in an e-mail to Capital One Prepaid and if you have one of those accounts and had a payday advance direct deposited to the account, Capital One Prepaid will not allow the merchant to withdraw the funds via ACH. Just so you all know.

I have been one the the first to tell people not to take out a payday loan...well now I am in a situation to where I am so tempted to take one out!!! One of my dogs escaped from the yard and got hit by a car! He has had to have some surgery for some broken bones and bleeding and will make a recovery but it is going to take some time. The vet bill has cost us a fortune and we still owe quite a bit on it. We are going to try to use our last deferment on our car to help, but we are also now late with the mortgage.

I am looking to consolidate my debts but I am having so much information thrown at me. I have about $18,000. I would like to be able to get a fixed (low) interest rate, low fees, and I would like to have the option to pay it off early without penalty. Is there a company that does that?

I explained my case which is that i tried to deal with Gerald E Moore but the amount they were charging me was over 3X's the amount of the Charge Off of my CC company. Also i tried to make monthly payments with them but hey wanted me to make 3 payments of over 2,000.00 dollars each. One a week which i can not do. If i had the money i would have paid the credit Card. Anyway i received a letter back from Arbitration saying that the case has been stayed at the request of GEM.

Somebody who knows what they're doing, please help me. I have put my information into the "My Debts" section of this site. I am a teacher in Missouri. I have 22 creditors. Here are the approximate balances for each type - Unsecured loans 1800, 1700 tax, 2600 secured loan (with household items), 3100 local storefront PDLs, 3000 online PDLs, 3350 credit cards, and 820 accounts in collection. TOTAL 16320. I have already exhausted every means I had to stay current. I give up. What do I do to handle this without getting more loans or advances because I am not doing that anymore.

I posted a few weeks back about my PDL mess. I wanted to share my successes to date as encouragement for all the new members who are facing the same issues. I had a total of 13 PDLs when I first became a member around 1/18/2008. I have closed my bank account, sent letters, sent faxes, and sent emails. So far I have received 4 PIFs from UnitedCashLoans.com, CMG Group, Pay Day OK, and RapidCashForYou.com. I have also received and completed two settlement offers for the outstanding principal from Crown Lending and USAPayDayLoan.com. I am on my way to PDL freedom.
