SORRY THIS IS SO LONG, BUT I THINK IT'S WORTH READING IF YOU HAVE BEEN STRESSED FOR SO LONG AND THINK THERE IS NO JUSTICE, AND YOU NEED TO FEEL YOU CAN BREQAK THROUGH IT. I dove right in to the online payday loan nightmare about 8mos ago...and at last I've finally prevailed. I started coming to this site and I've gotten so many ideas on how to clear myself of these blood suckers.

Hey everyone -- I just got an email from a woman at Westbury Ventures claiming I owe them money. However, I looked and the date of the loan is almost a year ago and I specifically remember dealing with someone named William Smith and talking to him (he was nasty) on the phone. I made two Money Gram payments to this company and thought this nightmare was over and now am all the sudden hearing from them again?!? What should I do? I don't even know if I still have the receipts from the Money Gram payments.

Does anyone have a fax # for the collections dept? I was given a phone number of 800-846-7510 when I called they would not give me a fax number. Basically they just said no, they don't give it out.

I got served a summons from CACH on a SOL debt (about 7 years old, SOL is 4 years). If I can get the case dismissed do I have to file a separate lawsuit to recoup my lawyers fees. I have them on violations anyways so if I have to file a separate lawsuit I can.

I was just wondering how much impact a paid off mortgage has on your credit score. I have one more payment in 2 weeks and my mortgage will be paid in full. Will this increase my credit score once it is paid in full? I have never been late on this account.
