I have a loan with MMG for $500. I want to pay it off but can't find any info on how to contact them. I've paid about $600 to them so far. I reside in MD. I;ve seen reference to MMG through this site, but I can't get a handle on what's going on. Any advice on how to contact them would be welcome.

Is there anyone on here that is familiar with this town, Oak Grove KY? I am trying to locate my nephew's father to see what kind of property he owns for a child support hearing coming up with my sister.

I hope no one minds but I just need to vent. I finally got my debts under control for the most part. I have set up payment plans and am making some (even if little dents in it). So, I am going along, following my very tight budget and making everything work when all of a sudden, bam - my washing machine breaks down once again. This is the third time.

Ok I have roughly 5,000 in CC debt. The CC company called me and said they could put me on a 5 year program to pay off the debt at $86 per month min. With no late fee and a rate of less then 1%. My current finance is 28% on the card and the min payent is $115. I'm currently waiting for a $2,000 tax return. I'd like to use this tax return to help pay off the CC. But i'm not sure exactly what I should do here. Should I go on the plan and then use the 2K to pay it off or not go on the plan, and just use the money? Should the money go toward the principal? Thanks

Has anyone ever dealt with American Debt Resolution. They are based in Texas. We are trying to decide which company to use. American Debt Resolution or Superior Debt? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have a mailing address for Pay Day Max? I am also looking for fax numbers on ameriloan, My Cas Now, Star Advance, US Fast Cash and Pay Day Max, as well. I am starting the process of letter writing and this information would be helpful. Thanks a bunch and have a great weekend!

I was going through a debt settlement company, signed a limited power of attorney and just checked my credit reports. I noticed that one of my addresses is listed as the company's address. Does anyone know why this is? Can I get it off my credit report and how would I go about doing this or does this make a difference? I have checked two of the three reports so far and it is on both of them.

my friend is caught up with around 15k of debt and the collection agencies are making her life hell. i had warned her against taking so many loans but she needed the money at that point of time and went ahead with it. because i visit this site quite often i have some knowledge about them but now that the CA is threatening to sue her, i would like some expert advice. thanks in advance!
