I received a notice from a Company called RJM Acquisitions to the effect that I owed some 192.00 from an old debt with the Military Book Club. They have offered me three repayment plans etc etc. So far, the results from my google search on RJM have all been negative. Who are these people and are they for real. The debt they are talking about is over 7 years old.

The financial-services industry enriches a lot of its employees, and then pays these people peanuts to lean on deadbeats. If they've got you on the line, don't blame them for applying some pressure and unload a verbal assault on them. Blame the last zero-percent financing offer you bought hook, line and sinker.

I mean do they pretty much just say yes I believe this debt belongs to them and the cb takes that??? I had a bad experience with Transunion the other day, I called and asked the lady how she verified the debt and she said that the company responded and said that they believed that it was mine, then I go on to tell her that every time I call them they say that I am not in the system, and then I ask how is that so, she says to me I DONT KNOW YOU WOULD HAVE TO ASK THEM, so I ask her for some contact information and she refuses!!! What can I do???

Ok, before anyone starts bashing me for asking the question, please read my entire post. I am not a PDL or CA, but am very familiar with the IPDL business. I have been visiting this site for some time and have read hundreds or thousand of posts (forgot to start couning in the begining). Many of you have had horrible experiences with the IPDL's and having never had a payday loan, I can only begin to feel what your experiences have been like. However, most of you at some point in time felt like you needed an IPDL and took one out.

Hi guys. Just wanted to apologize for not being around the past couple of days. I was awaken on Sunday morning with some unexpected bleeding. I went to the emergency room & they had found that the baby didn't make it all the way to the uterus & actually attached in the tube. I had to have emergency surgery Sunday am. I've been at home recovering. I'm back at work today...which I'm physically okay to do, but not sure I'm mentally okay. Either way I'll make it through. Hope all is going well with everyone.

I have a charge off from a credit card that was set up under my llc tax id number. It is now reporting on my personal credit report. Will my business or myself receive the 1099 regarding the charge off amount. Again the tax id is under my llc.

How can you dispute an account? And what does that mean? My credit score is 562 and how can i bring it up. I want to pay off some collections but will that bring up my score? I am confused I am new to this and need some help?

Ok, I received another horrible email from Payday Loan. If you remember they had taken money from my checking account before the agreed upon date. I borrowed $350.00, paid back $105.00 (I'm in NC). Now they say my balance is $650.00. I told them I would pay back what I borrowed and they said NO. What should I do now?
