is ameriloan legal in oklahoma or do they have to be licensed in oklahoma

Had a payday loan through Western Sky, which was serviced by cash call. Paid them back the principal amount but refused to pay anything else. Cash Call is reporting on my credit reports with an o/s balance and as 120 days late. How do I get them off of my report? I live in PA and they are not legal lenders here. I have tried for over a year to resolve this. Also their last reporting date was over a year ago. Thanks

Thank You and October Blessings to you this month also for what you are doing here. I recently found this company on my credit report. Disputed with Equifax and they emailed me a reply that this is my debt. I had Bankruptcy discharge in 2001, started learning early in life...lol, and just recently started trying to tackle staying on top of things. I should only have my student loan info on there and was shocked to find this. I attempted calling the company at that 1183 line to find they are closed on Fridays?! A business attempting to get monies?!

Hello, I just checked my checking my account and I discovered that there were two withdrawls on the same day. One for $50 and the other for $90. I have been unable to fing a phone number so I could tlk to an agent . I need to find out why, what my balance is if any, and would like to see a report.
