if i have a closed acct cc should i pay the min on it and try to pay the open cc down first to improve my credit rating

Has anyone had any experience with T&C Acceptance. I was thinking of using them to get my payday loans paid. Are they a good company to deal with.

I am working with T&C acceptance, still getting calls from payday loan , how do I stop this?

I have a debt that i was paying on. They are debting my account. I just recently had some irs issues. You know lein/levy. I had to increase my payment with them. So now i can no longer meet the full amount of the collection agency. I called them and told them not to try and debit my account because it would not be there due to irs issues. They asked when would i have it i said maybe in 2 weeks they said they need it this week. I told them i would see what i could do. Can i send them an letter telling them due to money issues i can no longer send them the 50.00 but i can send 25.00.

Has anyone ever gotten a pif from them???

Do you charge interest on the money I would pay back to you?

Let's say a CA validates a debt correctly. Then they offer to settle on an amount your are comfortable with. Let's also say this is close to being outside the SOL for your state (say 3 months from now). If I pay them how much longer would it stay on my report? Does a lump sum payment start DOA again, making this stay on my report for another 7 years? Can I demand a pay for deletion? If they don't agree to that, but offer me paid in full status should I accept that?
