hello all, i just paid usfastcash. got the settlement letter from them for 100.00, which is what i owe them. yes i got a pif email and saved it. now on to ameriloan. wish me luck,you guys were right it takes time but like dominos hopefully the others will follow. till then i will keep on keeping on.

i received a call to day from a payday loan that i had taken out in october. i had to close the bank account for other reasons and i forgot about the payday loan. i need to pay them back ...the loan was for $200 now they are trying to charge me $820.00 they said that i needed to pay with in half an hour or they were going to send an arrest warrent for me to the local police department . i tried to explain the situation but they guy was just as rude as you can imagine with a foreign accent that i couldnt understand.

i was recently contacted by Cavalry debt collections about a debt from 2002. the last activity on the debt was 2003 which in the state of Texas the statute of limitations is 7 years, but the collector said something i found to be interesting. she said a debt can be collected on at any time and the statute of limitations doesn't matter. is that true and if not, how do i go about getting this removed from my credit and stopping them from calling me?
