i owe thirty thousand how do i get out / it feels impossible

i have 20,000 credit card debt, i am losing my house to forclosure. i am seperated from husband, and my job does not pay much. what do i do!!!!

I am glad that I found this forum. I currently own a retail small business which is doing kind ok but not excellent. I used most of CC's to finance my business. I can not get any new credt cards because of bad score and they stoped sending me intro offers. but I never filed for BK and not plan to do so. I have 4 credit cards under personal name totaling 78K, 4 CC's under Busness name with my SS# totaling 33K , 2CC's Under my wife's name totaling 15K. Can I start do DS on CC's under personal name(78K) while credit counseling CC's under business with my ss#(33k) and my wife's(15K)?

I have been very busy at home with my wife having elective surgery and my laptop going to the electronic version of heaven. :lol: :lol: Just dropped $2500 on a sweet laptop and I am slowly learning windows vista.

And I got some feedback, I sent one company a dv letter and they in turn sent me a bill, with no summary or anything! Idk if that constitutes as validation, but I figure I will just pay it off And I sent off a couple letters for a payment for removal, only got one back saying that they could not accept my offer, but I will keep trying Thanks all :)

my biggiest problem is i have to many credit cards that i have to pay each month and i sometimes an late to paying them so i would like to get out off this debt as fast as possible can you please help me.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a mortgage loan even though you owe irs a couple 3 or 4 thousand?

went to court about a debt i owed and i told them i been paid it years ago, so i went to court the second time the lawyer that represented them said they were dismissing it, i got my paper stamped saying it was dismissed,its still on my credit report, i even disputed it with experian. i lost the paper i had saying it was dismissed. can i get a copy from the courts somehow,because palisades isnt helping me. _________________

Hello my mom took out a payday loan from one step cash for 300.00 and has paid back 480.00 does any one no if this company is legal to !!!! This is a internet loan! Where located in Michigan!

Just wanted to let you know that I received an email from SSM. They had turned my account over to Phoenix Debt Mgmt. I filed a complaint with Ohio AG. The email says "Phoenix Debt Mgmt has been advised to stop further collection. You should not hear from them further" They also sent a copy to AG. The email doesn't say paid in full. I hope I will not hear anything further from them.. Thank you forum for your help. I still am waiting to hear from the other 3 pdls. Thanks so much.
