I have taken out a few payday loans (the vicious cycle). Do I need to close my bank account to get out of this trouble? If I do, what can they do to me?

What can internet payday loans do to you if you do not pay or close your bank account?

I have just decided I am done messing with collectors who are collecting for other collectors. There is no law that says you must deal with a collector if they are in fact collecting on behalf of someone else...and honestly I think it makes no sense...though wow when you tell this to said collector..they go crazy!

I know I have not been around alot lately, my right hand is in a cast and it is very difficult to type...Anyway, I have been going back and forth with four pdls since August (that was what I had left) I received a letter from the BBB today where One Step Cash has told them I am considered paid in full...although I will not be able to use their services ever again. Oh gee darn...I am crying tears.....of happiness. Anyway, I filed complaints three times on this company with the BBB and it finally paid off......Please do not give up..there is a light at the end of the tunnel - Roxy

Hi all, Within the last year I have accumulated 9 PDL's. All via the internet. In October I was able to pay half of them off due to a loan from lendingclub. Well long story short, I got caught up with them again and at the end of this month, $1900 in fees will be taken out of my bank account.

I am very new here and have been trying to post a question in the PDL forum, but can't.... I guess I am trying to post this as a test??? LOL Thanks

They are suing me; they answered my DV by sending me and their invoice that has their name and the amount I owe. And in their letter they said they bought the debt. What do you think is that good enough to validate a debt? Please help
