I got an offer to settle with a payday loan company today for a refund. The offer was $300 but, I held out for $400 since I have overpaid them over $500.00. I requested everything be in writing and payment by money order or Western Union Transfer. I got an email offering $400 but, paid by check. I have been through 19 overdrafts with various pdls and I am closing my account and don't want to deal with a check. Any suggestions?
