Ihave paydayloans online Ilive in ohio and need advice.

Loanshop/isle has debited my account $90 for the last nine paydays for a $300 loan. I have been trying to cantact them for the last 8 paydays to pay the amount in full. Until yesterday, the number they submitted to my bank didn't work, and yesterday it worked but no one answered. Only some type of message or hold recording. I don't mind paying for the high rate loan since I did receive the money, but I have currently given them $810 and have not been allowed the opportunity to pay them back.

I live in TN and have 4 payday loans out right now. I could not continue to let most of my paycheck go towards fees, so I closed my bank account. I absolutely have every intention of paying these loans back, I just can not pay what they want, when they want it. Now these payday loan companies are not wanting to accept the payments I offer ($75 to $100 a month). I am scared, because they are talking legal action. One manager I talked to even mentioned FRAUD. I am in such a hole right now I feel like I can't breathe. These loans on top of all of my other bills are suffocating me.

Has anyone heard of CareOne Financial Services? BBB rates them fair. This was the 1st company that came up in my Google search ... I need to do Dept. consolidation of approx $47K of CC debt from 12 different creditors. Just want to select the right company.

I need clarification on Utah payday loan law. I live in Ohio. I have a loan with Instant Loans Now. I checked and they have a certificate to loan. Do I go by Utah law or Ohio law. This is confusing to me. I borrowed 300. and paid back 270 in fees. Nothing off the principal. Rollovers are legal what I understand (for 12 weeks only). I have filed a complaint with OH AG. But now I am wondering if I have a leg to stand on.
