I am looking for a smaller loan (5 - 10 grand) to pay down my credit cards without having to close them. I will then be able to afford to make monthly payments. Do you offer anything like this?

Hi group, my wife and I did a home equity consolidation loan We paid off her 5 credit cards and now we are saving a lot more a month, but the lender also requested That we CLOSE all 5 credit cards, my question is will that hurt her credit score??? And for how long?? thanks

Don't even know where to start..... Background first... Wife and daughter is from Austrlia and was currently in the US awaiting immigration papers while I so happened to go on deployment. I have a quick question about a payday loan company westbury adventures. I owe the a loan for 300 dollars, i,ve lost a family member and had some big funeral expenses to pay, so i couldn,t pay them. They are now calling me with very threatening calls. I agreed to pay the by mid jan. In full the amount of 390 dollars which doesn,t include the 90 dollars already payed. They threaten to sue me and garnish my wages and say i will have to pay 2000 to 3000 dollars back to them. Can they garnish my wages? Can they keep calling my employer and me harrassing me?

I have 390 outstanding at Upfrontpayday.com 808 outstanding at The cahs Store I live in Illinois. I could pay down the Cash store one if I could get out of the other one which I have payed over 500 dollars in fees and interist. I know they are based out of UTAH. How can I find out if they are licensed in Illinois. The third one is a credit line with US bank for 500. I really like US bank and would like to keep banking there. Any advice would be fantastic.
