I have put the money on approx 4 different cards. Trying to find the best way to get it on one loan. Home equity is not an option at this time. Any input?

ID theft stole 31.98 out of my checking acct how can I get it back? they will not answer 866-575-0260

I got in a horrible mess with Internet Payday Loans. I paid them all for months. Huge amounts of fees. About 6 weeks ago, I notified each of the companies in writing via fax that I was revoking the ACH Debit authorizations. I did this within the time stated I was allowed to do so in each of the contracts. I told them that I wished to make alternative payment arrangements and asked them to contact me with the best way to do so immediately. They all continued to send through the debits. I had notified my bank (Chase) the same day that I was revoking authorization to each of these companies.

I thought you all might be interested in this one! And to the person form Joseph, Mann and Creed who occasionally views this forum, I am NOT trying to cast your company in a negative light. I am well aware of your concerns and will strive to give your company a fair chance.
