I got a summons for court and have 20 days to reply, what are my options? I stopped payments last May, because I was laid off. I got another job, but was paid less and still can't afford payments.

I am not even sure that I am doing this right but here are all of my loans that are taking almost all of my paycheck! It is worse than I thought--I have 8 of them all on the internet. I am in Illinois. I think i am going to open a new checking account just in case. I spoke to someone here(I bank where I work) and this stuff has nothing to do with my job. here are all of my mistakes. I must tell you that my sister died very young and unexpectedly in May. shopping made me feel better and now I am more depressed!!!!

Hello, Yesterday I received a letter from them regarding my sony account which is past due and has been sent to them for collection. I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Robert Cutlip. He was very nice. We actually settled the account right away for half of what I owed. I am sorry to hear all these bad stories. But I was treated very well.

As I said in an earlier post, they already offer "Get Checking" that is sponsored in tandem by eFunds Corporation and the University of Wisconsin Extension. Now they have Wild Card Systems.

Hi everyone! I am brand new to this, came across it when I thought all hope was lost. Now there may be light at the end of the tunnel? I live in MN and have 8 current pdl's out there. My entire checks are being eaten up and I can't keep up on my mortgage. The very first one I took was a mistake, from then on I kept taking more & more to keep up on my other bills. Big mistake, it has all caught up with me. I have not had anyone calling me, all payments have been made. But I can't afford to pay them off to get rid of the fees! Please help me, angels!

It was me who put the statement about closing my account. I forgot to sign in but all went well and now I am ready to fax over my agreement to T@C.
