how do you get rid of pdl debt

Has anyone on this site had "experience" with Tympana USA? They are hounding me, via my cell phone, at least a dozen times, per day. They claim to represent a pay-day loan company, but it's not a name I recognize. I've requested, numerous times, that they send me proof, in writing, via US mail, of this alleged debt; they claim they've sent it, but it has never arrived. I've found an address for them, in Glen Allen, VA, and intend to write them a cease & desist letter, but it appears they're run out of Jamaica? Just wondering if others have any advice? Oh, I'm in Michigan...Detroit area.

can anyone help,my husband and i have a cashcall for 5000 we have had it for a 1 year now. and are getting no where we are behind 78.00.i all and told them i could pay the 78.00 on the 22 and then the full payment the 29th of this month.. the lady then went on to say we will go after his check.and she cant do much more cause the loan was sold to a different investor. said oh we didnt no that. i am in pa.what can they do.

I tried to close my bank account a month ago, but they wouldn't close it completely so now I have a bunch of nsf fees since autopayments have been bouncing my account. Do I really owe these? Or can I make the bank responsible since I asked my account be closed

I seperated from my wife 45 days ago and went into debt when i walked out the dor. Since then it took about 3 weeks and two pay periods to fall behind after i took out 11 payday loans. My 4 credit cards were maxed and I needed money for a lawyer in the divorce, so I thought I could take some out to help but then when I couldn't pay my regular bills and the water got cut off, cell phone got cut off, i had no choice but to take out more to pay some regular bills.

I need HELP... I have a payday loan, but do not have any information on who it is with other than what I can get from my bank. This is all the information that I have... When I call the #8694690224, I only get a recording, and NO ONE will ever call me back!

I called my bank and could not close withoput PDLs reopening. Bank advised stop payment. Good for 6 months. Includes debit and paper check transactions. I can call bank back in 6 months and renew stop payment for no charge. It cost me $35.00 per trasnaction. I could only afford to do 2 today and will do the other 2 Friday. What can I expect to happen from the PDL companies. My previous correspondence here stated that my 4 PDLs were not licensed in Ohio and/or illegal. I have paid back what I borrowed plus interest except for one which should be about $50 more including interest.

I am going to go to the bank this morning to see about closing my account and I am so freaking out. Anybody have some encouraging words?
