Anyone ever have this show up on their bank account as a debit from their account. I didn't take a loan with any companies or shall i say a new loan. I am wondering if one of my prior loan companies sold my banking info and i need to find out who the company is that took my money. UP FRONT MONEY is an email I had been approved I ignored the email and then they called me I told them I was NOT interested in the 150 loan with $60 in fees and i told them NO on the 23, now almost 2 weeks later I have $210 taken from my account . Any info would be great.

I really need some help. I have four collection agencies after me, Global/CapitalOne. Simm/ Merrick Bank. Portfolio Recovery/Providian-WaMu. And one for my husband NCO/CapitalOne. These accounts have all been charged off. I have not attempted to contact them because I have no money to pay them. I have been sick and have not worked in quite awhile. Portfolio has sent me a Pre-Legal Demand and if they do not hear from me by 12/20 they will place it with a local Attorney in my state to sue me. My husband is working his tail off to make enough to pay our other bills.

I owe @ 2200 dollars on a vehicle purchase which I only had 2 payments left on my contract, the month before my final payment i re ceived a final payment notice for an amount of 2200 dollars. my monthly payments were only $400, upon inquiring about the debt owed they said it was acrued interest, and had just now added it to the final payment. I didnt have that kind of cash and they stressed the importance of paying in lump sum because the account would soon be charged off.

I told them my current financial problems. I have no job right now, and my bank account was charged off for a long time of negative balance.
