ok we got into some trouble and my husband took out a payday loan. We hit another hard spot and he took out another one. He thought he was helping. ----Now we are sinking in these two loans and can not get ahead --it is putting us further behind financially in our other bills. We have 2 loans from store front places $800, $1000. I am willing to pay them and agree that I owe the money. I do not have the money to pay them off and I can not keep up the $400 bi-weekly payments for them both ($800) a mth. total! That does not even touch the balance owed!

please help!! i unfortuantley at 20 have way to much debt! so many bills, medical bill and not enough money to pay them off, what can i do to get rid of all these bills? my job barley pays me enough to live, 6.67 hr and a single mother as it is, is driving me crazy! help!!

I applied on this site for debt consolidation and within a day someone from Federated Financial called me. The person got directly to the point--asked for my loan amounts on each card, and gave me the quote. Next, she got my checking account number and got me to sign an online agreement form. Now, all this is fine, the quotes she gave me were quite good, but the only thing is everything happened too quickly. I mean, she didn't really take the time to consider my personal situation and enumerate possibilities.

after a death in the family, Playing Bodog I went nuts gambling and after the smoke cleared had lost $1111 on my wifes Visa card. A few days later all the charges appeared as Australian "phone company" charges. I disputed them all and won. Now Bodog contacted me threatening to send to JMC collections and ruin my wifes credit. I am devastated even more now, I cannot screw up her score. Additionally even though I was not listed on her account they say they are sending my name to collections as well.

I sent a DV letter to a creditor... Waited 30 days and didn't recieve a response... Sent copy of letter and certified mail reciept to CB to dispute... What happens next? Should I expect a response from CB in 30days?
