my parents went with Hess Kenedy & Company and they were a total RIP OFF!! who did you go through?

I just want everyone to know that this was the WORST company that I've ever dealt with. They were EXTREMELY helpful the first day and then I never heard another word back. I tried to call them to find out what was going on with my account and the gentleman I talked to was very nice. I faxed the proper paperwork in that he asked me to and he told me I would get a call as soon as I faxed it it...that didn't happen. I sent the gentleman an email and he sent me one back and said that the attorney on my case had been calling me. I verified my phone numbers and they were right. Guess what??

I stopped my ACH and I am closing my account. I notified them that their rights are revoked. I also changed my direct deposit. I didnt have enough time to change it for this pay period so I have it going in on Friday. Will the companies go WHAMMO and take all my money? Especially now that they know their rights are revoked? Can my bank refund this if its unauthorized. I am freaked out that my other NORMAL bills wont get paid becuase of these people. Anyone know what happens next?

I'm in Indiana and they are harassing me daily. They have called and asked for payroll department. They phoned my immediate supervisor, they called my friends I had listed as references. But..... they will not work the Consumer's credit counseling, who I asked to assist me in this matter. They threaten to sue me. I am only more than happy to return the favor. Who do I contact in Indiana, please????????????????????

Okay so i needed the money so i applied with magnum witch of couse has a diffent name when you first apply. So i was trying to pay off the loan and got sent to collactions. A really rude guy calls me harassing me and telling me that if i didnt pay i would go to jail, and he was demanding that i pay him asap, i was mad because Magnum never contacted me to let me know about his. Hello, I am just wondering if someone can let me know what I should expect in the next coming days and if anyone has dealt with the payday companies I am dealing with. BTW, I live in Ohio. I currently have 10 outstanding store front loans and have been able to set up EPP with 6 of them. This leaves me very little money for the next month, but I'll be glad to get rid of them. Of the remaining 4, 3 are due this Friday, they are not CFSA members and I have no money to repay them, so they're going to default.

I got a credit card with HSBC back in 2006, the limit was 300 big ones :lol: , well anyway that acct has been charged off and was sent to First Financial Bank and then they sent it back to HSBC who in turn sent it to Avante who said that my balance is now 728.69 but they will take a settlement of 550.00, but I have to make a payment on 11/30. What should I do??

I got on NM AG's site because I am still dealing with Cash Supply which I have paid my loan and more. Pains in the ? I found out effective 1 Nov 07 they have new Payday laws. Just go into NM AG's site and search for Payday loans. This might help people that have loans with Cash sUPPLY and others.
