Anyone have any info on them??? Email, address??

I am in Potter County, Texas I have tried to make payments, but they have refused to accept anything I can do. I have no address for this company. They say they send me information, but I do not receive anything from them. I look up the company, and I get Midland Credit The lawsuit is from Midland funding llc And an attorney out of Texas, yet filed in Minnesota??? Do I owe something? Yes. Do I owe as much as they say?

We are behind 2 morg pymts/5800 credit debt loosing my house just cant happin.My wife is unable to work/as she had an accident & cannot walk she has only 4 vertabre that are good needs surgery/has had to put off work comp willnot pay for surgery & has not gotton 1 dollar of moneys please if you can help me figure this out Jack

I am in a debt management plan and am having a hard time making the payment each month. Are ther other options?

I have 3200.00 in payday loans and with my bad credit I can't get a loan. I am paying over 700.00 per month in interest. I need to find someone who can help me get out of this mess. Does anyone know of a company who will lend to someone with bad credit. I have learned a very good lesson.

I am really having a tough time this month getting everything paid. I go to get the mail to see if a 50.00 check came that I was waiting for. It did. So did another check for $4820.00 in a separate envelope. A God send? No! The check was from 5th 3rd Bank. The letter said that my name was selected at random in a lottery is Vienna sponored by Heinekin. I had won 250,000 and the check was to cover 29,00.00 in fees that were required by the Canadian Govt. where the North American division was located to release the rest of the funds. Or something like that.

In revious posts I was given some great information on getting out of the "payday loan" mess. I think I am ready now to take the steps to get out of this and I really could use everyones help again. ( I cant find my e-mails from everyone's great response) 1. I have a loan with BIG for $275.

I have paid my pdl the principle and the loans were for $300.the amounts of $90 and $105 were taken from my account for 3-4 periods. I need help to get rid of the and for them to stop harrassing me.
