I have my report from SCAN, Chexsystems and telecheck. What other agencies should I request from? I want to cover all my bases! I have currently had 6 items removed from my credit reports and gone up 50 points!!!! This is all thanks to the folks here!

i was contacted by one of my pay day loan checkn go and this women threatened me again,she said if i didn't pay she would put in to taking half my wages,ans she has called alot leaving me messages of harassment so what can be done with her and can i complain to the people that own check n go about her harressment,please help,i need to no how to revoke a wage assignment letter,can u please help to write it.

Hello all. I want to thank you all in advance for any help. It is greatly appreciated. I have a Gordons jewelers account with citicard. The original amount was $850. Under my wrong assumption, I thought the monthly payment would be coming out of my check card, cause that is what the sales woman told me to do. Four months later, I find out that my account has been late for about 3 months. I have payed them $100 here, $40 there, $80 there, each month, meanwhile my balance rarely changed.

I need a copy of a refund letter and DV letter any ideas where I can get one?

I had a 2000 car repoed in 2001. I was working with Cavalry Portfolio by making payments. I paid approx. $4,000 on a $8,000 balance. After a few years of payments I called and explained that I needed to adjust the amount of payments. They didn't return my messages so I just lef it alone. After about a year another CA contacted me about the car. They told me that my account was now in pre-litigation and that since I had a pretty good credit rating (I don't, my credit rating sucks!) I needed to restart making payments with them, not Cavalry.

Hi all, I have a collection with Capital One Bank (Shows as CAP ONE BK in CR). The collection starts in 2002. It now has been 5 years and Cap One still updating my credit report (CR) even until this month. Example: record updated in 08/07, 09/07 all the way to this month (11/07).

I just received a summons to appear in court for debt collection procedure. I think it's called a hearing. What happens there? I'm very scared of what's gonna happen. I have no lawyers and have never gone to anyone for legal advice. Has anyone ever been thru this?

Ok friends, these are the last two I need to deal with, has anyone dealt with them and had any luck getting payment arrangements. I really need to make a few months payments on these 2 but I so far PayDay1, told me I have to pay it all by the end of the month, so what do I tell/ask them now? CashNet will not default until the 30th, do you think or know if I call them if they would just set up payments or are they like all the others and want it to default first? You all are the best, I can't thank all you enough for all the help and support you've given me:) Reny
