I'm a little concerned with some posts regarding going with the debt consolidation route.When you sign up for this program with a reputable company and the counselor is negotiating with the debotors, are they apt to try and sue you for the full amount ??

ok so I got my paperwork from T & C. This is what they are proposing: Cash Net: 35$ a month- owe 901.00 Nastional Check cashers : 40$ owe 825.00 Check Smart: 35$- owe 687.50 + NSF fee Express Payroll $30- owe 575.00 + Nsf fee USA Payday Loan 35- owe 200 So here's my question it looks like Express and Check Smart won't deal with T & C, from posts I've read, they aren't good about taking payments at all. I can pay a bit more than what T & C has proposed, but I just don't know what I should do. If companies won't work with T & C, then there is no sense in paying them to management my debts.

i have 6 store front pdls out and my bank said i could pay 30 dollars per check and that, that would put a hold on them for 6 months without hurting my account, plus I also like to know what I would have to write to each one explainging i would like to set up a payment thing up with them. and also what is it that I would let me work know that I dont want my wages garnished. thanks

I've talked to 2 different people at chase and was told by one that if I close my acct and any transaction comes through within 30 days it can force it open and the other person told me that it takes 1 business day to close the account and after that items would just be returned, does anyone know whats correct?
