I need a copy of the payday loan letter that i should submit to my lenders. I'm in South Carolina. And could someone post the SC laws.

Okay, I wrote a post on here a while back stating a phone call I received from this company.. The lady who has been calling is extremely rude and I don't know how much more I can take...The first call consisted of her telling me I had to post date a check for $160.00 and if I didn't she had my banking information... I told her I wasn't post dating anything and she said " do you even know what post dated means?"...

I have several Internet PDLS and today was they day to pay interest for all of them they all were returned . Yesterday i had fax all the pdls company Internet a letter with the MD state laws and i need to make settlement. only one contacted me to make settlement . Do i close my checking account now !

Anyone have any info on this?? I just saw on GMA that u can put a freeze on ur credit where NO one excpet the creditors u already have can look at ur reports. Now keep in mind, if u want to get a cell phone or such, u have to UN-freeze ur report for them to run ur credit... Good thing or not?? Thanks for any info, Ang

I am seeking to work with the Roll Law Office for debt settlement. I am a little uneasy. Can anyone inform me if they have used them before and what the turn out was?

After I sent them letters saying not to contact me, what do I do?? They are calling my job, and my cell. The one time that I did talk to someone I told them that I faxed a letter over and they asked what was in the letter, I told them that someone had it because I have the confirmation sheets that say it was sent, and I asked to not be contacted by phone.

I remember reading somewhere where a person had disputed a debt yet the collection agency continued to report to credit reporting agencies about the debt and a court determined that continuing to report at that point is a masked attempt (coercion) to collect. Can anyone tell me what the case was, I can't seem to find it.

Below you will find a list of banks and credit unions that I have compiled over the last 5 years. My name is Mary ( better known as mca ) I am a stay at home mom that home schools my children and in my spare time I search for banks and credit unions for those in chexsystems. The list of banks and credit unions can change constantly. If you find one on the list that is no longer " a good one " please inform me of this so it can be removed. it may not be removed immediately or at all ( depending on the circumstances involved ) Sometimes what is not good for one person may work for another.

I keep getting emails from InstantCash911 saying thank you for my payments I recieved one yesterday saying thank you for a payment of $120.00 and three this morning one for $120.00 one for $140.00 and one for $360.00. I check my bank account and it wasnt in the negitive so could this be a error on their behalf or should I contact them. I think I need to check with my HR department to see in they tried that route, can they do that with out contacing me sense I did send them cease and revoke letters. Any help is greatly appriciated.
