Sent off email to USAPayday and received a call within minutes..This was a new loan and I had not paid anything on and they settled without fees i just set up 3 payments to pay it off. I hope they follow through. The lady however did try to tell me they follow the laws of New Mexico which is where they are located, I told her that did not matter and she said she would have to speak to the "powers above" but I did want to make good on the loan just not the fees so I think it went well. I just wish I would here from the others I sent letters to. Oh well, one down sort of.

Is it SOP (standard operating practice) for the law group to collect approximately 40-46% of your agreed payback amount before disbursement to the creditors begins? This will take approx 16 months in my case.

Does anyone know anything about All World Private Funding. They are supposed to be a group similar to Prosper with private individuals loaning money to other individuals. The web site charges a fee to post a loan request which I assume helps in administrative costs since all answers to your request are forwarded to you without the lender knowing your identity until you contact them for details. Is this legitimate???

Guys, Out of 15 ipdls, I am now down to 4 and 2 will be paid off tomorrow! It is all due to this wonderful forum! Anyway, 1 of the 2 left is 500 Fast Cash. They have recently started harrassing me, after not hearing from them for awhile. And yes, I have filed complaints with the OK State Consumer Credit (I'm an OK resident), OK BBB and Northern Nevada BBB--where they did have a physical address. So far, the OK CCC tells me they are on Indian land, blah, blah, blah, and their hands are tied. I haven't heard yet from the OK BBB or the NV BBB. Anyway, got a call today.

I faxed a ach revoke letter to Geneva Roth Venture this past Tuesday and gave them 24 hours to mark my account Paid In Full b/c they are illegally taking money out of my account. I have already paid $780 on a $300 loan back in July. I am afraid they will take more money out of my account tomorrow b/c I have not heard back from them about the letter. What should I do?
